1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Product Information & Pricing
- Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our prints as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor variations, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
- Contract: An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance of your order takes place when final approval of a piece is confirmed and the order is advanced to printing. Payment must be made in full before the work is sent to print.
- Payment: Payment can be made by bank transfer or for local sales, cash is a possible alternative. Details will be provided once an invoice is raised prior to printing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Since your order is made custom, I aim to fulfill orders with a lead time of 2 weeks from brief to delivery. All prints are made-to-order and as such there is a lead time to allow. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
- Risk of Loss: Once the item is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Custom Nature: Since many prints are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind."
- Damaged Goods: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. We will resolve this on your behalf and ensure a new print is delivered to you in perfect condition.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All artwork, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Heatons Design. Images on this site may not be used for any purposes without the expess consent of Heatons Design.
- Restrictions: Once your order is complete, you will recieve a digital version of your artwork via email. You are free to use this file for your own use such as social media. You may not print the artwork with intention of reselling.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
